What Would You Do with One More Employee?

I've been working with the team Graf UK Ltd and we got together recently to look back on everything we've achieved together with monday.com, as well as plan strategically for the year ahead.
By committing to continual improvement and leveraging automation, I was excited to report that they have successfully eliminated up to 5,000 manual actions per month. 🙌
That's the equivalent of a full-time employee’s workload!
The result?
